Still a chance to reach 16 points but poor net run rate could prove costly

In the 17th season of IPL, Lucknow Super Giants have played 12 matches so far, in which they have won 6 and lost 6. Currently the team has 12 points and if they are successful in winning the matches against Mumbai Indians besides Delhi Capitals, then they will reach 16 points which will keep their hopes of reaching the playoffs, but the match against Sunrisers Hyderabad. Due to the big defeat in 2017, a big impact has been seen on the net run rate of the team, which is now -0.769 and it is very difficult for them to improve it in these 2 matches.
