Entertainment Desk, Indore. Ajay Devgan’s new film ‘Red 2’ has maintained its grip at the domestic box office, although its earnings were seen on Wednesday. Released on May 1, the film has crossed the Rs 90 crore mark in the first week.
According to the film trade portal Caikanilk, ‘Red 2’ earned Rs 19.25 crore on the first day, after which 12 crores on Friday, 18 crores on Saturday and 21.50 crores on Sunday.
The film’s earnings declined on Monday and Tuesday, which was reduced to Rs 7.5 crore and Rs 6.75 crore. On Wednesday, the film added around Rs 4.52 crore, causing its total box office collection to Rs 90.50 crore in India.
World Wild box office crosses 100 crore mark
At the World Wild box office, ‘Red 2’ has grossed Rs 118 crore by crossing the Rs 100 crore mark. The film’s gross box office collection in India is Rs 102 crore. The film is performing well among the audience. In this, Ajay Devgan’s acting is being praised.
