The average prices of houses in Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Delhi-NCR, Chennai and Pune have been stable in January-March against the previous quarter. According to PTI news, data from Real Estate Brokerage firm Proptiger, owned by Housing.com, a part of REA India, showed that prices increased by 5 percent in Bangalore and Hyderabad, while Ahmedabad and Kolkata saw 4 percent growth.
Recent quarters have reduced growth rate
According to the news, the consultant firm said that the prices of residential property have continued to increase year after year, but the growth speed in recent quarters has clearly reduced. Dhruv Aggarwal, group CEO of Housing.com and Propopyer.com, said that the price increase in the last few quarters indicates stability in market dynamics, indicating stability in market dynamics, which can encourage the return of the last users displaced by the first speculative activity.

How much is the price going
According to the data, there was no increase in average prices in the markets of MMR, Delhi-NCR, Chennai and Pune. They were Rs 12,600, Rs 8,106, Rs 7,173 and Rs 7,109 per sq ft respectively. The average price in Ahmedabad increased from Rs 4,402 per sq ft to Rs 4,568 per sq ft. In Bengaluru, the rate increased from Rs 7,536 per sq ft to Rs 7,881. The price of housing in Hyderabad increased from Rs 7,053 per sq ft to Rs 7,412, while in Kolkata increased from Rs 5,633 per sq ft to Rs 5,839.
