Lashkar’s helpers arrested
There is also a news that Bandipura police had received special information about the activity of some on ground workers of terrorist organization Lashkar in Hajin area. Acting on this information, the Bandipura police had established a joint naka in Shahgund Nursery along with CRPF 45 Battalion and 13 RR Army. Seeing the police party, some people tried to escape from the spot, but they were cleverly caught.
On interrogation, he was identified as Shahzad Ahmed, Danish Ahmed and Athar Iqbal, who are residents of Hajin and further confessed that they were working as OGW of the terrorist organization Lashkar. Offensive materials (illegal weapons and ammunition) were recovered from his possession on his personal search. In this regard, the police said that under FIR No. 33/2025, a case has been registered in Police Station Hajin under Section 18,23,39 UAP Act and 7/25 IA Act and further investigation has been started.
