According to the information received, the CRPF retired officer who killed his daughter was very angry with the 12th pass person about his (daughter) marriage. According to the police, the father shot and killed the daughter with his licensed pistol and seriously injured her husband Avinash Wagh. In the case, the police arrested the man’s son, went to the crime site with his father.

According to the information received, the incident took place when he went to attend the turmeric ceremony of Avinash’s sister in Chopra tehsil of Jalgaon district of North Maharashtra. According to the police, after the firing incident, people nearby beat up the person (father), after which he has been admitted to a private hospital in Jalgaon and currently placed on ‘ventilator support’.
Avinash is being treated at Sasoon General Hospital in Pune. The official said that on the basis of Avinash’s mother’s complaint, the police have registered a case against Kiran and Nikhil under the section and Arms Act related to the murder of the Indian Justice Code (BNS).
