Lalu Yadav had reached the ED office with his daughter Misa Bharti to answer the ED’s questions, while replying, Tejashwi Yadav said that the government is deliberately using government machines against us.
What is Land for Job Scam?
Actually Lalu Prasad Yadav was the Railway Minister in the UPA 1 government from 2004 to 2009. During this time, Group D recruitments were taken out in the railway while Lalu was in power. Lalu is accused of rigging in this recruitment. In fact, Lalu Yadav is accused that he took the land of people as a bribe in exchange for giving jobs. According to the ED charge sheet, lands have been found in 7 places of the Lalu family. The Lalu family is accused of money laundering of Rs 600 crore. Please tell that this entire scam is related to the recruitment of railway. A case has also been registered by the CBI against other members of his family along with Lalu in this case. At the same time, Lalu is accused of taking people’s land as a bribe in lieu of jobs in the name of family members. Lalu is also accused that he had recruited several people for Group D job in Railways without issuing any advertisement while being a railway minister.
