Meanwhile, a case of fraud has been registered against Apple, due to which the American company has increased. The case has been filed against Apple in the US court itself. Brands like Apple have been recognized worldwide due to their best products. This case of fraud on the company can spoil the credibility of the brand. Especially users did not expect this from Apple because the company had not made any fake claims till now. Like Chinese companies, this time Apple has also been booked due to fake claims.
What is the matter?
Apple has been booked due to the sale of the iPhone 16 series. In September last year, the company described this series as an iPhone equipped with AI i.e. Apple Intelligence feature. The company promised to give this feature with the next update, but users who bought millions of iPhone 16 have not yet received this feature. Because of this, iPhone 16 users are feeling cheated.
The company announced its Apple Intelligence feature in WWDC 2024 held in June last year. AI based this service was promised to give the company in the iPhone 16 series. The company also showcased the demo of this AI feature. Also, it was said to upgrade the voice assistant feature Siri found in the Apple device. Apple claimed to have rolled out these features with iOS 18.4 updates, but the company did not do so on time. Not only this, Apple has postponed the project that updated Siri for an indefinite time.

Due to this claim of the company, a case of fraud and incorrect advertisement has been registered. The case has been filed against Apple in the US’s Sen Jose District Court. The trial states that Apple has cheated customers by making false claims. In such a situation, the company should give compensation to the customers. Millions of users around the world have purchased the new iPhone 16 series due to the Apple Intelligence feature. This feature was to be rolled out only last year, which has not been fully rolled out. At the same time, the company has also promised to give this feature in the recently launched iPhone 16E.
According to the report coming out, the employees of Apple’s AI Division say that Siri’s innovative AI version will not be available at least up to iOS 20. In such a situation, users will have to wait for this by 2027. As soon as the iPhone 16 series was launched, millions of iPhone 15 users upgraded the new iPhone due to the Apple Intelligence feature.
