Police arrested Zafar Ali
Sadar Zafar Ali of Sambhal’s royal Jama Masjid has been arrested by the SIT team after questioning. In the car in which Zafar Ali has taken a police meeting, the lawyers shouted slogans with the vehicle and were also seen running behind the car shouting slogans against the Sambhal police. Jama Masjid Sadar chief and Shahi Masjid Committee chief Zafar Ali was called to Sambhal police station for questioning with his son. Zafar Ali, head of the royal mosque committee, was taken from Kotwali to Chandausi court.
Security increased in Kotwali
Zafar Ali was first called to Kotwali for questioning about the violence incident on 24 November in Sambhal. Kotwali’s security has been increased after his arrest. Police force is present with SIT team, ASP and CO. To maintain law and order, heavy police forces including PAC and RRF have been deployed in Kotwali. Flag march has also been done. Now after the arrest, preparations are being made to send Zafar Ali to jail. Please tell that four people died in the violence on 24 November in Sambhal. Tomorrow i.e. on Monday, the statement of Zafar Ali is to be recorded in the Judicial Commission Commission.
Statement recorded in Sambhal violence case
The team of Judicial Commission came to be careful for two days regarding the violence, on the first day, 29 and about 15 statements were recorded on the first day. The statement of Sambhal’s DM and SDM and ADM has also been taken in this case. In the Sambhal violence case, the police have filed a total of 1200 -page charge sheet against 124 accused in the court. The police had registered 12 FIRs in the case, in which 2750 people were accused.
