Nagpur: Union Minister Nitin Gadkari is known for his impeccable lyrics. Once again, he expressed his views on the media in Nagpur. During this, he said that if the media gets something wrong in my ministry, he did not spare it either. He said on Sunday that it is the responsibility of everyone to change the society, including newspapers and media. Addressing the ‘Nagpur Heroes’ program organized by a media group, a senior leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) told the media that if he saw any disturbance in his ministry, he should strongly condemn it.

Positive things should be appreciated

Gadkari emphasized that the media should condemn the wrong things and appreciate positive things. Gadkari said, “Recognition and respect is not from your personality, but from your character and qualities. Nowadays no one asks you after doing good work. Many times good news is not published and wrong things make a place prominently.

He said, “The change of society is the responsibility of all including newspapers and media. Good things should be brought before the society, as well as awareness about what is wrong. ”Gadkari said that if a contractor is found involved in irregularity, it will be put in the black list and if a ‘toll operator’ is involved in this way, he will be sent to jail.

Who will talk about caste, I will kick him tightly

Recently on 16 March, he made a strong comment against caste -based politics, saying that no person should be discriminated against on caste, religion, language or gender. Addressing the convocation held on Saturday at the ‘Central India Group of Institutions’ in Nagpur, he said, “Joe will talk, I will tightly kill”.

Gadkari (67) said that he believes that no person is bigger due to his caste, religion, language or creed, but he is bigger because of his qualities. He said, “Therefore, we do not discriminate with someone on the basis of his caste, religion, gender or language.” Gadkari said, “I am in politics and many things happen but I walk in my own way. If someone wants to vote for me, he can give and if no one wants to give it, then he is also free to do so. ”

He said, “My friends ask me why you said this or why did you take such a stance.” I tell them that no one ends by losing the election. I will not compromise on my principles and will continue to follow them in personal life. ”Gadkari also emphasized the importance of education for the development of society and the country.

He said that when he was an MLA several years ago, he had helped to get an engineering college to a Muslim educational institution to promote education among the Muslim community. Gadkari said that his decision was questioned. He said, “The class which is most needed of education is a Muslim community.” Gadkari said that every person in the world has heard the words of former President APJ Abdul Kalam. “He said,” When a person rises above his caste, religion, gender or language, he becomes great.
