2. Delhi Capitals
The team of Delhi Capitals has also been participating in the IPL since 2008 and has not yet won the title. Delhi had only entered the IPL final once so far. That too in the year 2020. Then he had to face defeat against Mumbai Indians. Now Delhi Capitals have a new captain as Akshar Patel for the upcoming season. The team has players like Fof du Plessis, KL Rahul and Kuldeep Yadav. In such a situation, Delhi’s team is a strong contender to win the title this season.
3. Punjab Kings
The Punjab Kings team owned by Preity Zinta have not won the IPL title till date. The team had entered the final of IPL 2014 only once. Then the Kolkata Knight Riders team won the match by 3 wickets. After 2014, the Punjab Kings team has not reached the playoffs even once. This time Punjab Kings have made Shreyas Iyer the captain. KKR won the title last season under his captaincy.
