Real life Bunty and Babli arrested in Delhi
New Delhi: Bunty and Babli of real life have been arrested in Delhi. Both these thieves were inspired by Bollywood films Bunty and Babli and used to carry out all the events like snatching mobile from passers -by. This couple has been arrested by Krishna Nagar Police. The couple was carrying out snatching incidents to live their luxury life.
What came out during interrogation?
During interrogation, both of them confessed that they were motivated by the film Bunty and Babli, they were doing mobile snatching so that they could live a life of asho-rest. He carried out a mobile snatching (FIR No. 60/2025) on 13 January 2025 and another incident on 8 March 2025. However, the complaint of the 8 March incident was not lodged at the police station.
The accused identified
The accused have been identified as 24 -year -old Aman and 23 -year -old witness. Aman is a resident of Harijan Camp Trilokpuri in East Delhi and Sakshi is from Sangam Vihar, Delhi.
Three criminals arrested during the encounter
Earlier, Delhi Police arrested three criminals during an encounter in Begumpur area on 20 March. Police had received information that some criminals were coming in a car, after which the police laid a trap for the criminals. When the criminals arrived, the police tried to stop them, but the criminals fired on the police team. Several rounds of bullets were fired from both sides, in which two criminals were injured by being shot in the leg. A total of three criminals were arrested, who have several criminal cases registered.
Earlier, in a dramatic action late at night, the Delhi Police arrested four criminals after the encounter after receiving information about illegal weapons. The entire incident imprisoned in CCTV went viral on social media.
