Share Market Closing 19th March, 2025: The Indian stock markets today closed in the green mark with the lead for the third consecutive day. On Wednesday, the BSE Sensex closed at 75,449.05 points with a gain of 147.79 points (0.20%). While NSE’s Nifty 50 index closed at 22,907.60 points with a gain of 73.30 points (0.32%). Let us tell you that the market started business in the green mark with an edge today. Earlier on Tuesday, the stock market shut down the business with a huge lead. Yesterday the Sensex closed at 75,301.26 points with a gain of 1131.31 points (1.53%) and the Nifty closed at 22,834.30 points with a gain of 325.55 points (1.45%).
Great boom in Jomato shares
On Wednesday, 17 out of 30 companies of Sensex closed in green mark with an increase and the remaining 13 companies closed in red mark with losses. On the other hand, 31 out of 50 of Nifty 50 companies closed in green mark with a rapidly and the remaining 19 companies closed in red mark with losses. Today, Tata Steel’s shares, who were among the Sensex companies, closed up 2.49 percent, while Tech Mahindra’s shares closed down 2.28 percent.
Good bounce in shares of Jomato, Powergrid, UltraTech Cement
Among the rest of the Sensex companies today, in Jomato shares 2.45 percent, powergrid 2.22 percent, UltraTech Cement 2.01 percent, IndusInd Bank 1.51 percent, Larsen & Toubro 1.39 percent, State Bank of India 1.08 percent, Adani Ports 1.07 percent, NTPC 1.05 percent, Reliance Industries Industries 0.80 percent, HDFC Banks 0.63 percent, Axis Bank increased by 0.61 percent, Bharti Airtel 0.33 percent, ICICI Bank 0.32 percent, Tata Motors 0.28 percent, Asian Paints 0.28 percent and Bajaj Finance shares recorded 0.18 percent.
Large decline recorded in ITC, TCS
On the other hand, ITC shares have 1.51 percent, TCS 1.34 percent, Infosys 1.29 percent, sunforma 1.07 percent, Maruti Suzuki 0.98 percent, Nestle India 0.72 percent, HCL Tech 0.69 percent, Kotak Mahindra Bank 0.67 percent, Mahindra and Mahindra 0.33 percent, Bajaj fanswas 0.27 percent, The shares of 0.19 percent and Hindustan Unilever declined by 0.12 percent.
