Scopje (North Macedonia): 51 people were killed and around 100 others were injured in a fierce fire at a nightclub in Kokani, the southern city of North Macedonia. By the time the fire department reached the help, these people had lost their lives. Many of the injured are in critical condition, who have been hospitalized.
Home Minister Panse Toshkovsky gave this information at a press conference. Toshkowski said that the fire broke out during the concert of a local pop group at 2:35 pm. He said that the youth going to the club made fireworks which caught fire. Family members gather in front of hospitals and offices in Kokani and are pleading with the authorities to give more information in this regard. Toshkovsky said that the police arrested a person, but he did not give detailed information about the involvement of that person., March 16 (AP)
