Earthquake incidents have been increasing continuously in various states of India for the past few days. Due to this, the possibility of any untoward incident is increasing within the minds of people. On the date of March 14, the earth has been shaken due to earthquake in two states of India. On Friday, an earthquake incident has been seen in the Union Territory of Ladakh and the North East state Arunachal Pradesh.
Earthquake in Ladakh
On the date of Friday 14 March, the earth was caused by an earthquake in Kargil, Union Territory of Ladakh. The intensity of this earthquake on the Richter scale is measured 5.2 which is risky. Due to this earthquake, people are filled with fear. According to the National Center for Sismology, the earthquake occurred in Kargil, Ladakh at 2.50 pm. The center of this earthquake was 15 kilometers from the earth.
Earthquake in Arunachal Pradesh
On Friday, an earthquake incident occurred in the morning in the North East state Arunachal Pradesh. According to the National Center for Sismology, an earthquake occurred in Arunachal Pradesh at 6.15 am. The intensity of this earthquake on the Richter scale is measured 4. The epicenter of this earthquake was 10 kilometers below the Earth in West Kamang.

Earthquake incidents have increased in recent times all over the world including India. Actually, there are 7 tectonic plates within our earth. These plates continue to roam in their place. However, these plates several times collide on the fault line, causing friction. The energy from this friction finds a way to get out. This is why earthquake incidents are seen on earth.
