What is the whole matter?
The Tamil Nadu government is going to present the state budget on the date of Friday 14 March. Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin has shared a video on X on Thursday regarding this budget. It is seen in this video that ரூ symbol has been used in Tamil language instead of the official symbol of rupee ₹ in the logo of the budget. Sharing this video, CM MK Stalin wrote in Tamil- “To ensure the widespread development of Tamil Nadu for the benefit of all sections of the society.”
Stalin accuses BJP
Earlier, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin on Wednesday alleged that the new National Education Policy (NEP) is a saffron policy, which aims to promote Hindi. MK Stalin also claimed that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is trying to maintain its power by increasing the number of seats in its dominated northern states through proposed delimitation of parliamentary constituencies.
AIADMK attacked DMK
On the other hand, AIADMK leader M Thambidurai has accused the Congress of starting Hindi in Tamil Nadu. He attacked DMK on Tuesday to join hands with Congress. Thambidurai said- “Who is responsible for the Tribhasha Formula? This is the Congress government. Who started Hindi? Congress government. Why are they (DMK) with Congress? They (Congress) brought Tribhasha Formula, brought Hindi. All this has been done by the Congress government. Now they (DMK) have joined them (Congress) and are playing a game.” (With language input)
