New Delhi: Before Holi, the festival of colors, strict action has been taken against adulterants in different areas of the country. According to reports, the city and city are being supplied to fake mawa, cheese and khoya and the administration is constantly catching these adulterants. In this series, the Food Safety Department in Uttar Pradesh has taken action on the enemies of health from Bulandshahr to Kanpur and Auraiya. Somewhere samples of suspended cheese have been collected and somewhere due to poor maintenance, the consignment of khoya has been seized.

Officers took samples of cheese on suspicion of adulteration

The administration is ready to ensure that sweets made from fake mawa in your homes. This is the reason that the UP government’s food safety department has taken action on the enemies of health from Bulandshahr to Kanpur and Auraiya. The biggest action on the enemies of health took place in Bulandshahr where the Food Safety Department took action against adulterants in Saunda Habibpur, Khurja. After raiding the cheese plant, about 2.5 quintals of cheese were seized from there. Food safety department officials have taken samples of cheese on suspicion of adulteration.

13 quintal mawa seized in Kanpur

At the same time, the Food Safety Department in Kanupar has allegedly seized fake mawa consignment. In the action taken near Railbazar in Kanpur, the Food Department team seized 13 quintals of mawa. The department had found mawa kept in this plant in an unhappy manner, and at the same time it is suspected of being adulterated. Here the department was informed that the consignment of Mawa is coming from Etawah to Kanpur Mandi to consume Holi, after which the team took action. The Kanpur Food Department collected 8 samples of the arrested mawa.

4 samples of oil were sent for examination

The food safety team in Auraiya raided Mawa Mandi and dairy to oil mills and shops. During the raid, samples of Guje Guye were also seized for supply. In view of the possibility of adulterated oil on the oil mill, 100 liters of oil was sealed and 4 samples were taken for examination. Within two days, the department has collected samples from a total of 11 places in which samples of sweets made to sell in shops were also taken. The action of the Food Safety Department against adulterants is still going on on the occasion of Holi.
