Policy Aimed at Maximising Job Satisfaction, Improving Performance of Departments

The Haryana Government has Formuted a draft model online transfer policy, 2025 in order to ensure rational distribution of Government Employees of a Particular Cadre at Defrend Er, to maximise job satisfaction Amongst employees and to improve the performance of the departments .
In this region, a draft of the policy has been uploaded on the haryana government website csharyana.gov.in. All Administical Secretaries, Heads of Departments, Employees of Departments and Organizations have been requested to send their views/suggestions on the new policy in the prescribed format. The views/suggestions can be sent on email [email protected] or through Special Messenger in Human Resources Department on or Before by February 28, 2025.
