Delivering the judgment, justice (retd.) Rajan Gupta, Chairman of the Tribunal, Stated, “The State of Haryana is at Liberty to restore to restore the site to its original state.” The tribunal further emphasized that unauthorized constructions cannot be allowed to exist, especially in the vicinity of highways. Upholding an earlier order dated August 18, 2021, The Tribunal Reaffirmed that Such Structures Violated Controlled Area Regulations and Must Be Removed.
