Sports Desk, Indore. The Champions Trophy is starting from 19 February in joint hosting of Pakistan and Dubai. With this, another celebration will begin for cricket fans. The ICC has announced the prize money for this tournament, which has been huge increase.
On Friday, it has been reported by the ICC that the tournament has a prize money of $ 6.9 million. Talking in Indian currency, this amount will be around 60 crores. Out of this, the winning team will get $ 2.4 million i.e. around Rs 20 crore.
8 teams will participate in the tournament
A total of eight teams are participating in the tournament and all of them will get $ 125,000 i.e. one crore 8 lakh 58 thousand rupees. This amount is much higher than in the year 2017. In fact, this year the ICC has increased the prize money of the Champions Trophy by 53 percent.

India-Pakistan match will be exciting
The first match of the tournament will be played between Pakistan and New Zealand on 19 February. The next day i.e. 20 February, there will be a match between India and Bangladesh. However, the eyes of cricket fans will be on the match to be held on February 23.
In fact, on that day there will be a match between India and Pakistan in Dubai, which is considered to be the most exciting match in the world of cricket. Let us tell you that Pakistan is hosting the Champions Trophy. However, India refused to send its team there.
