Another incident took place in the 29th over. When South African captain Temba Bavuma was run out in this over. After this, Saud Shakeel and Kamran Ghulam went to him and started celebrating. After this, he was fined 10 percent of the match fees. Both players were found guilty of violating Article 2.5 of the Code of Conduct.

New Zealand will face final

Apart from the fine, one demerit marks were added to the disciplinary records of the three players. The three players have accepted their crime. For this reason, there was no need for a formal hearing regarding the incident. As soon as the victory against South Africa, the Pakistani team reached the final of the Tri -series, where they will face New Zealand on 14 February.
