47 year old record was broken in debut

In fact, in the second match of the TRAI Nation ODI series against New Zealand, South Africa’s Matthew Breetzke made his ODI debut. Matthew Breetzke did a big act of scoring a century in his first ODI. This batsman did not stop here. He played an innings of 150 runs which is the biggest score of any batsman, making her ODI debut. In this way, the 47 -year -old West Indies’ world record of Desmond Hens of Matthew Breetz was demolished. Desmond Hens scored 148 runs in his ODI debut match in 1978.

World record set in second consecutive match

After breaking the world record in the debut match, Matthew Breetzke has now set another big world record in his second ODI. Matthew scored 83 runs off 84 balls in the match against Pakistan. With this, Matthew Breetz has become the first player in the world to score a century and half -century in his first two ODIs. Earlier, no one could do this wonders. Matthew Breetzke hit 10 fours and 1 six in his 83 -run innings. Thanks to this innings, South Africa’s team managed to give a target of 353 runs to Pakistan.
