IND vs Eng: The third match of the ODI series is being played between India and England at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. In this match, India was invited to bat first but captain Rohit Sharma was dismissed cheaply while starting the innings. After this, young opener Shubman Gill, along with Virat Kohli, took over the innings and completed his half-century and took Team India to 100 runs. Although Kohli was dismissed by scoring a half -century, Shubman Gill maintained the speed of runs and completed his century in the 32nd over. Gill managed to complete his century after missing a century against England 2 consecutive times.

Gill hit his 7th hundred in ODIs with the help of 14 fours and 2 sixes off 95 balls. In this way, Gill did a big feat to complete the fastest 2500 runs in his 50th ODI. Gill demolished Hashim Amla’s world record of scoring 2500 runs in the lowest innings. Amla scored 2500 runs in 51 ODI innings.

Shubman Gill was dismissed for 112 runs off 102 balls. Gill hit 14 fours and 3 sixes in his century innings. Thanks to this century, Gill did an act which no batsman could do from India. In fact, Gill has become the 5th batsman in the world to score a century in all three formats in international cricket on a venue. Gill, after scoring a century in T20I and Tests at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, now did a great wonder of scoring a century in ODIs. Gill has scored a century in all three formats on one venue in 103 matches.
