Dialogue with Pakistan is not possible at this time- Tharoor

Tharoor said when immigrant Indians were expelled from US
Along with this, Tharoor said that the way a group of Indians from America was sent back, it naturally caused a lot of anxiety, resentment and anger in India. New Delhi will have to convey a ‘sensitivity’ message to Washington about this.
