Haryana State Election Commissioner Dhanpat Singh Said A Person Who is in the Voter List of the Vidhan sabha constituency but is not included in the ward ward wise final published list of Municipal Corporation Or Municipality, can get his name inclined in the voter list By filling form ‘a’ with the concerned return officer Till the last day of filing nomination.
He also said that Necessary Changes due to transfer from one part of the updated vidhan sabha Voter list to another part can be included in the relevant Municipal Corporation Electoral Rolls Electoral Rolls by Following the Proper He further said that if any of the persons who got their name registered on the last day of filing nomination waslation was also to contest the election, then he will be allowed to file the nomination.
The Returning Officer will be the competent authority to include the name in the Voter List Till The Last Date of Filing Nomination. The decision taken by the returning officer will be final.
