Method of making poppy sauce:

  • First method: To make poppy sauce, poppy seeds are soaked and grinded. To make poppy sauce, first soak half a cup of poppy seeds in water at night. Sieve the water in the morning and put it in the mixer jar and add 2 green chillies, 4-5 garlic buds and grind it very finely. Now take out the sauce in a battle and add salt and lemon juice to it as per taste. Poppy sauce is ready

  • Second method: If you have forgotten to soak poppy seeds in water, then you can also make this sauce in another way. Fry half a cup of poppy seeds well. Now put it in the mixer jar, add 3 teaspoons of coconut coconut, 2 green chillies, 4-5 garlic buds and grind them finely. Now take out the sauce in a battle. Now, add a pinch of mustard seeds and curry leaves. Poppy chutney is ready for serving.
