The resignation of a total of 8 MLAs has created new problems for the party.
Angered by not getting tickets
It is being told that these MLAs of Aam Aadmi Party were angry at not getting tickets in the election. Some MLAs shared their resignations on social media and targeted the Aam Aadmi Party on corruption and other issues. Girish Soni shared a copy of his resignation on social media X. He wrote-The activities that have been going on in the Aam Aadmi Party for a long time. She always raises a question mark like “Sheeshamahal”. After this, we are truly a common man. After getting shocked by all these subjects, today I retired from all the responsibilities of the Aam Aadmi Party and retired from the primary membership of the Aam Aadmi Party with the primary membership of the Aam Aadmi Party I am resigning
So far these MLAs resigned
Prior to Girish Soni, current MLA from Kasturba Nagar Madan Lal claimed that he and six other party MLAs have resigned from the primary membership of ‘AAP’. Madan Lal said that he has also sent his resignation to Delhi Assembly Speaker Ram Niwas Goyal. AAP MLAs who resigned include Bhavna Gaur (Palam), Naresh Yadav (Mehrauli), Rohit Mehraulia (Trilokpuri) and Pawan Sharma (Adarsh Nagar), BS June (Bijwasan) and Rajesh Rishi (Janakpuri).
In his resignation addressed to party chief Arvind Kejriwal, two -time MLA Bhavna Gaur said, “I am resigning from the primary membership of the Aam Aadmi Party, because my confidence in AAP (Kejriwal) and the party has been lost.” ”
AAP spokesperson said-this is not a big deal
Criticizing the resigning MLAs, AAP national spokesperson Reena Gupta said that the survey conducted by the party has revealed that they were not all available to the public in their respective constituencies and that is why they were not given tickets in the election. . Gupta said, “We did not give him a ticket due to adverse results of the survey. After not getting the ticket, now they are joining another party, this is not a big deal. This is part of politics. ”The Aam Aadmi Party has launched new faces in place of its 16 current MLAs for the elections to be held on February 5.
