In the Cooch Behar Trophy Under 19 played in Indian domestic cricket, Bihar team’s young fast bowler Suman Kumar performed historic bowling and took all 10 wickets of the innings in the match against Rajasthan. The match between the teams of Bihar and Rajasthan is being played at Moin Ul Haq Stadium, the home ground of Bihar. Suman bowled a total of 20 overs during the first innings of Rajasthan team in which he managed to take 10 wickets while conceding 53 runs.
Suman Kumar also achieved a hat-trick
While Bihar team’s fast bowler Suman Kumar took 10 wickets, he also took a hat-trick during this period. Suman showed the way to the pavilion to Rajasthan team’s Parth Yadav, Manay Karthikeya, Toshit, Mohit Bhagtani, Anas, Sachin Sharma, Akash Mundel, Jatin, Aabash Shrimali, Dhruv and Gulab Singh. On the basis of this excellent bowling performance of Suman, Bihar team bundled out Rajasthan’s first innings on the score of just 182. In this match, Bihar team had scored 467 runs in its first innings, in which Suman made an important contribution with the bat and played an inning of 22 runs in 56 balls and during this, four fours were also seen from his bat.

In the Cooch Behar Trophy match against Rajasthan, Suman Kumar completed his hat-trick by taking the wickets of Mohit Bhagtani, Anas and then Sachin in three consecutive balls. This is the second time in domestic cricket this year that an Indian player has achieved the feat of taking all 10 wickets in an innings. Earlier in Ranji Trophy 2024-25, Haryana’s Anshul Kamboj had taken 10 wickets in his innings in the match against Kerala.
