Naxalite victim families will meet Home Minister
Today, on 19 September, about 70 Naxal-affected families from the Bastar region will meet Union Home Minister Amit Shah in Delhi. This meeting is taking place on the initiative of Chhattisgarh CM Vishnudev Sai. This important meeting will be held at the Home Minister’s residence at around 3:30 pm. During this, members of the Bastar Peace Committee will also be present and this group will put forth their problems and sufferings before the government. These families will also meet the Home Minister and demand strict action against Naxalism. These families demand that permanent peace and security be ensured in the region so that such incidents do not happen in future.
CM Vishnudev Sai took the initiative
Let us tell you that this meeting has been initiated by Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai. Actually, the CM, showing deep sensitivity towards these families affected by Naxal violence, met the Naxal-affected families during his Bastar tour and listened to their problems. After this, he assured those families that he will take strict steps to get them justice. Under this initiative of his, today about 70 Naxal-affected families will meet Home Minister Amit Shah in Delhi.
