Police arrested the casting agent

Accused casting agent arrested
After committing the crime, the accused Anand Singh also threatened to kill the victim if she told anything to anyone. Despite this, the victim, without fearing anyone, lodged a complaint against the accused in Tulinj police station of Nalasopara, after which the accused was arrested. On the complaint of the victim, the police have registered a case against the accused casting agent Anand Singh under sections 376, 323, 504 and 506 of the IPC and have arrested the accused Anand Singh.
The victim disclosed in this case
The victim told the police that the accused Anand had deceived her by saying that he knew big personalities of the TV industry. He had also lied about working in Kapil Sharma’s show. The victim said that she thought that Anand would get her a job in Kapil Sharma’s show. The police said that the accused was introduced to the victim through an acquaintance.
Casting agent raped her
The woman had gone to Anand’s house in Nalasopara for audition. That’s when he raped her. The victim said that while Anand was taking the audition, he was trying to get close to her. When she opposed it, he raped her. During this, she was also beaten up. Not only this, Anand Singh also threatened to kill her if she told anything to the police.
