1- Sun salutation

Surya Namaskar is included first in power yoga. It is beneficial to exercise in sunlight on an empty stomach. While doing this, you can drink a little water 15 minutes before exercising. For this, you should make it a habit to do Surya Namaskar 24 times regularly. By doing this, 400 calories of your body burns. This is the best asana to make the whole body active.

2. Tadasana

We also include Tadasana in power yoga. Doing it regularly gives relief to your back, legs and arms. You can do this for 15 minutes. Doing this gives relief from your arthritis and joint pain.

3. Boat pose

To strengthen your body, you can do Naukasana in power yoga. Doing this yogasana strengthens the abdominal muscles. Naukasana is a good yogasana to burn stomach fat.
