Sports Desk, New Delhi. IND vs USA T20 World Cup 2024: There are not many days left for the start of T20 World Cup 2024. The World Cup will be played in West Indies and US from June 2 to June 29. All eyes will be on co-host USA in the tournament. The team is in great form. Recently, they have expressed their intentions by defeating Bangladesh in the T20 series.
In the T20 World Cup, the US and India are in the same group. Apart from Team India, Pakistan, Ireland and Canada are also in that group. The Rohit Brigade will not take America lightly. India can get a tough fight from USA. The US team has some great players who have the power to turn the match around.
Saurabh Netravalkar
Mumbai resident Saurabh Netravalkar has played with KL Rahul, Jaydev Unadkat and Mayank Agarwal in the 2010 Under-19 World Cup. Born on 16 October 1991, Saurabh made his first class debut for Mumbai in 2013. After not getting many opportunities, Netravalkar moved to America. He made his international debut for America in 2019. So far, Saurabh has played 48 ODIs and 26 T20 matches for the US.
Corey Anderson
Corey Anderson once played for the New Zealand team. Now he is playing for the US team. Anderson made his debut in a T20 match against Canada last month. Corey holds the record for scoring the fastest century in ODI International. He scored a century in 36 balls against West Indies. Corey Anderson has played for New Zealand from 2012 to 2018.
Harmeet Singh
Harmeet Singh is a left arm spin all-rounder. He has played 6 T20 matches for America. During this, he has scored 81 runs and taken 6 wickets. Harmeet used to play for Mumbai. He made his first class debut against Himachal Pradesh in 2009. Harmeet has played for Rajasthan Royals in 2013.
